To complete the steps below, you will need access to your Invoice, found in the notification from us.
Step 1: Choose a color

Step 2: Sign contract
After choosing a color, please return to your Invoice and find the attached contract. Enter your color choice(s), and complete the contract.
Step 3: Pay deposit
After signing the contract, please finish by initiating the deposit. All re-roof customers must submit a deposit for materials, except for those with escrow or pre-arranged terms. Our preferred payment method is secure ACH transfer via your Invoice, however, if this is not viable, please contact us to schedule a check pickup.

If you did not receive a material delivery notification, please disregard these instructions.
Before work begins, an independent supplier will deliver materials, placing them on the roof, ground, or both based on access.
Please move vehicles from the driveway and garage the night before, as the supplier will need about an hour for roof-loads. While we can’t provide exact ETAs, no one needs to be present for delivery.
-
If possible, plan to be away during the project—it will be loud and messy. If staying on-site, watch for falling debris and be extremely cautious—onsite safety of all residents and guests is the homeowner’s responsibility.
Before work begins, clear items within 15 feet of the roof edge and move vehicles from the driveway and garage the night before.
Our crew arrives at sunrise to maximize productivity, usually finishing by midday but sometimes working until sunset.
Roofing is a demolition job. We will clean thoroughly after finishing, but please inspect driveways and walkways before entering the property and hold any cleanliness concerns until the final sweep. Despite our best efforts, occasional nails and debris can be missed.
Children and pets must be kept indoors. Please check gates before letting pets back outside.

If you did not receive an inspection notification, please disregard these instructions.
Please leave the permit posted until the inspection is complete. We may leave a ladder for the inspector, which we will collect afterwards. Once passed, a copy of the report will be available upon request.
